I began my own revival with film after the purchase of my Mamiya 645 AF in August of 2014. I had a wedding that fall and I knew that photo realism look that I wanted to achieve could only come from a film camera. In 2016 I brought home a CONTAX 645 and have spent most of the year shooting ONLY film. There is no greater pleasure for me than to open an email from my lab titled: "your scans are ready." I recently added a CONTAX G1 35mm to the arsenal in 2017.
This is where the rubber meets the road.
From time to time I do portrait work. Sometimes seniors, sometimes headshots mostly my kids. I'd be happy to meet you at the beach and play around with my cameras anytime. Drop me a line here.

Its amazing what you can get out of an 8 megapixel camera on your phone. All of these images were shot on my iPhone and edited with VSCO or Afterlight. Palm Universe (B/W raindrop shot) has been featured in a couple iPhoneography shows across the US.
Travelling is my happy place. You can only take so many photos of your backyard,
This is a project I started in 2015. A simple point n shoot and a roll of black and white 35 mm film. Sometimes I finish a roll in a month sometimes six months. No pressure just a nice little reminder of moments passed when I get my roll back from the lab.
Camera: Nikon One Touch

Food you are my favorite. You look good in just about any light and you don't talk back. Events and menu work always welcome. I look forward to eating, I mean shooting the samples.
